Valentine's Day Fixed Menu Finds
The most highly reserved night of the year is upon us - and once deciding where and when to eat should be the final decision. Fixed-price menus do all of the deciding for you, or at least help you narrow it down. If you're still on the fence, feast your eyes on these prix-fixe feasts.

Remove the stress of planning Valentine’s Day this year by booking a reservation at Glass Box, where you will enjoy a prix-fixe feast specially curated and presented by Executive Chef and Owner, Ethan Yang. Amuse the mouth during the first course, featuring a divine Truffle King Crab Roll crowned with Caviar. (No, really: they've coined course one the the "Amuse-Bouche," a French term translating to "it amuses the mouth.")  During the second course, guests will have the option to choose from freshly shucked Oysters, Strawberry and Avocado Salad, or Wagyu Tataki. The third course will include either Burrata with Tomatoes, Lobster Miso Soup, or Asian-Style Cold Gazpacho which is a refreshing soup with Asian flavors. The pinnacle of the evening arrives with the fourth and main course, offering the choice of Cherry Blossom-Infused Duck Breast with Plum Sauce, Wagyu Beef with Pomegranate Reduction, Pan-Seared Scallops, or Truffle and Shiitake Mushroom Risotto. Conclude the night on a sweet note, as you choose between the rich Dark Chocolate Matcha Cake or Asian-Style Crepe Cake.

Offered 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
