Wine pairings are available for an additional cost of $68, hand selected by Chef Itze Behar and 2021’s Michelin Sommelier of the Year.

Georges at the Cove invites sweetheart couples for a Valentine’s Day dinner on both Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15. Guests can select one appetizer and two entrées from the regular menu, and then enjoy a special Valentine’s Day dessert – all for $150 per couple. Guests can opt to order a la carte as well, and dinner can be experienced on the rooftop Ocean Terrace or in the recently renovated Level2 dining area. A prix fixe dinner in the enclosed Lower Level is also available for $110 per person, and it must be pre-paid.
